About Tittron

We are the commercial arm of the factory that builds the hardware — sales, programmes and customer service for USB, AV, serial and network connectivity. One organisation owns the schematic, the production line and the promise, so small and mixed first orders are a normal part of the schedule rather than a favour.

What we are set up to do

Four things buyers ask us for — and how each one actually works.

Small, mixed first orders

Several part numbers in one purchase order and one shipment, with low per-model minimums. Test the range first, reorder what actually sells, and keep your cash out of slow-moving stock. One purchase order, one shipment and one set of documents — the point is to prove the range before you commit to volume.

Private label from 500 pieces

Your brand on the housing, the packaging and the documentation. Silk-screening, laser engraving and short-run cartons from 50 pieces, with an artwork proof to approve before the run starts. Packaging can be designed and printed in the same factory that builds the unit, so carton, insert and label revisions do not travel between suppliers.

Firmware and ODM

USB VID/PID, descriptors, default video or audio modes, LED behaviour and custom enclosures — developed by the engineers who own the schematic, with NRE quoted up front. Each customisation is released as a versioned build, so a field unit can be identified and updated instead of replaced.

Certification and warranty

CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UKCA files prepared per market, plus a 24-month warranty and an RMA process you do not have to argue your way through. Test reports are issued for the markets you actually sell into, and are available before you place the order rather than after the container ships.

Who you are dealing with

Tittron is the sales and marketing department of the factory in Shenzhen. Engineering, SMT assembly, functional testing and quality control sit inside the same organisation we represent, so specifications, firmware revisions and production slots are decided by one team instead of being negotiated between three.

The factory runs its own SMT lines, test rigs and tooling for the proprietary range. That is why a housing change or a firmware build does not wait for an outside supplier, and why lead times are quoted against a real production plan rather than a catalogue promise.

We work with distributors, retailers and brand owners who need a supply partner rather than a one-off transaction: written specifications, versioned firmware, published certification files and a named contact who knows your programme — including the parts you have not ordered yet.

The catalogue covers 250+ active models across 29 product families: USB-C docking and KVM switching, video conversion and distribution, audio and capture devices, serial and industrial connectivity, and the cables and adapters that tie them together. Standard part numbers ship from stock; the proprietary range is engineered and built under the same roof.

Everything ships from Shenzhen with consolidated containers, EXW / FOB / DDU / DDP terms and export paperwork prepared in-house. Regional warehousing and FBA-ready carton marks are available for programmes that need stock held closer to the customer rather than consolidated at the factory gate.

Every programme leaves with written documentation — specifications, versioned firmware, certification files for the target markets and inspection records on the industrial and serial ranges. That is what makes the second order a repeat of the first instead of a renegotiation.

Manufacturing and engineering

In-house engineering

Hardware, firmware and packaging engineering handled by the team that owns the schematic — no design house between you and the change you asked for. Change requests go to the people who drew the circuit, which is why a firmware revision is measured in days rather than in a supplier queue.

SMT and assembly

Surface-mount lines, final assembly and functional testing under one roof, so a programme is built where it was designed. Programmes are assembled where they were designed, so a revision does not wait on a third-party build slot.

Quality control

Incoming, in-process and final inspection at documented AQL levels, with test records kept for the industrial and serial ranges. Incoming, in-process and final inspection are documented at agreed AQL levels, and test records are kept for the industrial and serial ranges.

Certification

CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UKCA files prepared and maintained per market, with test reports available before you place the order. Files are maintained per market and re-issued when a revision changes the declaration, not left to expire on a shared drive.

Tooling

Our own tooling for the proprietary range, so a housing change or a custom enclosure does not queue behind an outside mould shop. Mould changes and custom enclosures are scheduled against the production plan instead of an external mould shop's calendar.

Logistics

Consolidated shipments, EXW / FOB / DDU / DDP, regional warehousing and FBA-ready carton marks — export documents included. Export documents, carton marks and consolidation are handled in-house, with FBA-ready packing available for marketplace programmes.

Documentation

Datasheets, specifications, firmware release notes and certification files issued per programme and kept current, so your team works from a document instead of a screenshot.

After-sales and RMA

A 24-month warranty on the standard range, with a named contact for RMA, firmware fixes and field updates — the same engineers who built the product.

From brief to repeat orders

  1. 01

    Requirement

Specification, quantity, target market and certification needs confirmed in writing — usually inside one working day. Nothing is quoted before the target market and certification scope are agreed, because both change the unit price.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Solution, tooling impact, unit price and lead time presented for approval, with alternatives if the target price needs a different mix. Tooling impact, NRE and per-unit price are shown separately, so you can see what a specification change actually costs.

  3. 03

    Samples

Engineering and pre-production samples built and validated with you before tooling or mass production is committed. Samples are built on production tooling where it exists, so approval covers the unit you will receive rather than a bench build.

  4. 04

    Mass production

Production scheduled against a confirmed plan, with inspection reports and a fixed shipping date under the Incoterms you chose. Inspection reports and a fixed shipping date are issued before dispatch, under the Incoterms you chose.
