Yes. Stocked models ship in 3–5 working days, and we recommend testing samples before committing to production volumes.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Model or SKU, quantity, destination country, packaging and branding requirements, and your target delivery date. The RFQ form collects exactly these fields.
Do you handle OEM, ODM and private label?
Yes — custom housings, firmware branding, packaging, printing and private label. Minimums typically start at 500 pcs per model, and mixed-model consolidation lets a first order combine several models.
What are the lead time and shipping options?
Standard lead time is 25 days after sample approval. Orders ship from Shenzhen by sea, air or express courier; mixed orders can be consolidated into one shipment.
A unit is faulty — what should I do?
Email [email protected] with your order number, a short description and photos or a video of the fault. We confirm the RMA and replacement route according to the returns policy.
